Mapkit framework 在iOS 4.0 加了些新功能 

1.加入 CoreLocation and Mapkit framework 

2.實作 MKMapViewDelegate and CLLocationManagerDelegate 

3.設定yourController.h 

4.yourController.m 實作 initLocation 取得目前位置 and  實作 locationManager 為了管理位置值

5.在 yourController.m 實作 initG and 設定 MKAnnotation

6.yourController.m 實作 startOccupy 為了計時 and 改變 annotation
